I think everybody got disconnected at once. I can load into the game itself now but if I select Zombies it just freezes and I have to close and relaunch the game.
I had just got into a match and was running around and got disconnected. I had so much good gear too.

Same happened to me and EVERYTHING for me has been reset, been put to rank one, lost all camos i have done, lost all progress in Horde Hunt and so on (And I have restarted the game, unless i am being stupid everything has been reset after getting back on)

Same, got kicked with a bag full of legendary items. I was at max level and now I’m a level 1 all of a sudden. Can’t even equip any of the skins I got in the battle pass. Also been working on getting interstellar camo and now all of my guns are level 1. I was almost done… But what do you know, the store is working fine.

Kinda tinfoil hat but I feel like the cheat makers are attacking the server for zombies.
People were noticing a lot of soft aimbot and wall hacks. People decide to go play zombies as a boycott to the hackers.
Cheat makers notice less non cheating players in matches and take down zombies so people jump into mp.
No fun playing against cheaters even to people using cheats. Less sales or more canceled subscriptions.
Sad that cod devs have less knowledge about the game than the people making cheats and attacking servers or ratting people’s PCs.

It’s a shame Zombies is about to go through the same shit mp been going through. While I prefer 3arc over the other studios I don’t have any faith with the new cods and with the last handful of years have clearly showed where activision priorities lie and there’s no benefit as a consumer playing activision games anhmire
