Just got a ready built PC and the GPU was not pre-installed. I followed the instructions and it seems like Windows is recognizing it exists.

I started playing Apex was running with extremely terrible graphics, like supply bins didn’t even look round. So I went to Graphic Settings and selected “Specific GPU” for Apex and clicked the RX 7800 XT. Now the game doesn’t even load and freezes on this screen. I’ve ensured the drivers are updated through the AMD software, but still no luck.

I also have two graphics cards listed in Device Manager: 1) AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics and 2) AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT (this is the one I selected under graphics settings)

What am I doing wrong or how can I fix this?
