What are your thoughts? I really hope they add online features to the galactic conquest game mode. I play it on pc now but never online cause of hackers. I use to play it on ps2 religiously but that was before I had internet so I never got to experience the online aspect, only ever the split screen.

This gen is such a disappointment so far. I feel like every week we hear about a remake or remaster.

And just so you guys don’t get disappointed like with the GTA remaster, this is NOT A REMAKE. It is the same old game polished up and with online servers active. That’s it. I would not bank on any changes outside some minor texture upgrades and fps boosts. Please do remember this is 3 generations old. There is no remaster that can make this look modern and I really hope people understand this before the memes start like with GTA. Do not go in expecting a modern gaming experience. I just played BF2 a couple months ago and it’s old as fuck and felt like it.

I’m so glad about this. I recently booted BF2 up and it just didn’t like my friends pc, and my mouse movements were not smooth for some reason.
I still play bf2 often. I loved the space battles.
Between this and Tekken 8 2024 is set for gaming.
Oh man, I hope there’s lot’s of people interested into playing online. Had the best memories of battles deep into the night on the original Battlefront II.

Only thing they should change is the perma unlocks for better weapons and stamina. One of the guns felt like a side grade.
You used to earn them by earning X amount of kills in X amount of games.
