When I first heard about Xbox Live in 2002, I was pretty skeptical. I didn’t get it right away because I was just moving and wouldn’t have internet for that year. I was subscribed to the official Xbox Magazine at the time and they would include game demos.
I eventually bought an Xbox Live starter kit that included one year of Live, an original Xbox headset, and MechAssault. After moving back into town in February of 2004 and getting high speed internet, I activated this account. The first game I played online was the original Ghost Recon and gaming for me was changed forever. 20 years later and still enjoy gaming. What was your first experience with online gaming?
