Not really an overclocking question but I’m looking for some help. I have a friend building a new AM5 system in a remote area with limited access to ram.

Stability is my only priority and I would assume a Hynix 6000 CL30 EXPO kit would be a safe bet. However these 2 Acer kits (not EXPO or on any QVL) are available. I can’t find any details, but similar kits from Acer use A-die. Am I asking for trouble with [one of these?](https://i.imgur.com/qntWoXF.png)

  1. It doesn’t really matter for AM5, as the sweet spot is 6000 MT/s and both Hynix M-Die and A-Die can run that fine.

My suggestion would be to get the 6000 kit with the EXPO profile to make it easy. Not even Ryzen 7000 IMC can hit 6400.
