Seems perfectly stable in memtest86+, how is it possible to set such a low cycle time? I started at 13-13-13-39-2T and just gradually reduced values until it wouldn’t POST, for some reason I can get tRAS all the way down to the BIOS minimum of 8 and it still runs great, not only that going from 39 to 8 has apparently given me almost a Gb/s of throughput from about 5gb/s to 5.81gb/s, almost a 20% gain

tRC is at 58 clocks, which basically means tRAS is ignored.
