Help Needed – My 3090 is running ultra low FPS on all game

Hey all;

I have a Zotac Nvidia 3090 / AMD Threadripper 2950X / 64 GB RamI fresh installed windows 11 I got about a week of playing cyberpunk at full settings. As time went on things slowly got worse and worse. Now my computer with a 3070 is performing about 300% faster than the 3090. Most games are running down at 10fps, even on medium settings. But usualy if I reset my computer the problem goes away for about 5-10 minutes before returning.
