Not sure what you are asking but the wheelies were added with not the last update but the one before. You can do stoppies & wheelies. As well as other stuff.

I think it was 2.1 or what ever, you can also do flips in the air on a motorcycle and use the metro system that has the blue markers on the map, I cant remember what else that update added.
