Since i got my 4090 Gigabyte Gaming OC i am annoyed by the way the fans behave. They won’t run below 60% and can’t be controlled reliably with Fan Control/Afterburner.

Since i am new to the whole vbios flashing deal i have a few questions:
* Will flashing the vbios change the way the fans behave?
* What might stop working when flashing?(RGB?, ports?)
* What vbios can you recommend to switch to?
