So, the biggest problem is the 50 series card past the 600/700 series was a smaller PCB, so it could very well be a 650 with a reflashed chip to show 4080. Your going to release pretty quickly most games are going to freak out, scam gets figured out fairly quickly.
If I was a scam GPU seller, I might opt for a used 970 or 1060 to fake the look, yeah the margins might not be as high, more games will atleast launch so enough clueless people, your listing last longer. Maybe even get positive feedback.

It depends on the store, i have a RTX 3070 from Ali for 2 years and still works great, that store from the image doesn’t look good, if you buy from there i guess uou will get a brick lol
