
This is not usual hight tech gear/low life situation, but nevertheless.
In Ukraine, one can sell/buy a car without visit of any state office. Buyer and seller need to fallow through step-by-step instructions in a state app, called Diia (which means something like “an act, action”) and sign a contract digitally. Money transfer is up to buyer and seller to settle, but there is legal contract. New owner will get electronic car ID and can get physical one by mail. First car sale in app of the year is not taxed basically, one need to pay something like 30$ of commission and delivery cost.

Every country needs a Diia app
Since moving to Ukraine there’s allot of things that feel very cyberpunk, I love this country.
