Too much unnecessary stuff and looks cramped. I’d move the monitor in the middle. To save desk space, move the monitor closer to the wall. Then get a wall shelf/shelves and place your plants or other goodies you currently have on the desk. Not sure how much space you’ve got, but I’d consider moving your PC from your desk to make it clean and more minimal.
