The cables won’t be a problem, I have longer ones coming! I have a new monitor arm coming, a new planter and I plan on painting the back wall. I just have no clue what to put on my desk. Don’t know if the monitor could be in a better position? Figured I’d let the gods of this subreddit give me advice!

Nice space. You could add a monitor stand to store the things that are currently on the left side to free up some space. The empty space could then be used for plants, or a lamp for a smaller working area and to keep things minimal. A large desk mat can also help with separation along with the monitor stand

Looks very good, I love the keyboard. Always wanted to build an Alice layout but unfortunatly there are not many iso fr keycaps that would look good on it.. anyways 👍
How about some bias lighting? Grab an LED strip for the back of your monitor(s). Totally changed my space. Check post history. 👌
Go to Home Depot and/or Lowe’s and buy a large wooden top to place onto that table lol you could reuse everything else from that table.
Butcher block would prolly be a good one
I would get a extra large extended mousepad, a black one would match well with all the black you have going on
I would 100% recommend getting a lava lamp (preferably a blue/pink ish color
Also (If you have a big budget you could get a portable monitor (Like a Asus Zenscreen)
Need stuff on your walls. Art prints in frames above the desk area would be what I would do.
Could also get some speakers if you listen to music.
