One of the other things I am trying to solve is light from the window. How I am set up now gets enough glare that the shades are drawn 100% of the time. I would like to be able to work with the shades open but not have the glare. Any thought on positioning.

I am going to keep:
* My chair
* My monitor (and add a second just like it)
* My laptop
I need a new:
* Desk
* Monitor mounting (?)
* Drawers
* Keyboard
