I have felt there is something off with damage in the gulag for a long time but didn’t have definitive proof until now. As you can see, at the beginning of the clip I have 0 damage done. I then lose the gulag, despite having done 260 damage to my opponent when we started with 2 plates, which should be 250 health. Is there an explanation for this?

Yeah I’ve done 388 damage in the gulag yet didn’t kill him.
I think you can glitch plates into the gulag sometimes. Maybe that’s what happened here?
Isn’t it 350 health now (200 health, 50 per plate)?

Sometimes you can find a plate on your side of the gulag. If it’s there it’s probly on both sides, one person may not see it and challenger a 300 health player unknowingly.
I have almost an exact clip of me doing the same thing. I had 270+ damage in the gulag and he didn’t find a plate I think it’s just bugged honestly

Its okay the other day I shot a guy in gulag 3 times with the Lockwood up close and he killed me with 2 plates in 1 shot…
Gulag overall is broken trash. And they haven’t touched it for balance or rework – not even a reskin. Makes the game so tilting, dying is a chore now. Whereas before I felt like gulag was a legit chance to bounce back, no it feels very “go next”. Unfortunate
People will literally move heaven and earth complaining about the game being broken when in reality they just can’t accept they got dusted lmao

I agree bro. I think there is something COMPLETELY wrong with the gulag. Been driving me crazy here recently how BS some of the end results are. Definitely something not right in there in my personal opinion.
