    Lint roller and some alcohol based wipes is what I use to keep mine looking good.

    I had a cheapo rgb mat before i used it to mod my keyboard instead. What i did was i took the usb hub off (2 small screws), washed it and then just put it back on.
    You could check if its possible to do that with yours too or just use alcohol wipes.

    3 screws at the bottom of the USB hub, screw them out, remove it from the mousepad and you are free to fully submerge it.

    Just submerged all of the mouse pad except that part. I’ve done it with mine multiple times and it still works fine. Just be careful with not getting water on it.

    Bleach and hot water. Let us soak then toss in the dryer for about 1 ½ hours on high temp.

    Given it looks to have LEDS all around the edge.. I wouldn’t submerge it unless you can remove them too..

    So I don’t buy these because I can’t submerge them. I usually put my mats in a plastic bin with warm soapy water. Scrub them down lightly with a brush that is covered by a washcloth (old car detail/upholstery trick).

    This is the only way I know will actually clean them. And not damage them. I refuse to get the electrical ones because after a few months the water looks nasty as fuck. Wiping it down regularly does not actually clean ime.

    That being said. You already have it. Just submerge it and try to keep that unit out of the water. Then you have to let it dry for a couple days. I would want direct sunlight in a window with moving air. You can also use isopropyl alcohol to help dry it faster. The problem here is you must wait for it 100% dry before plugging it in. Or it will short and possible never work again.

    I find white vinegar spray cleans mouse mats well, breaks up the dirt and then wipe off with a damp soapy cloth to get rid of the excess and smell.

    I showered mine except the usb hub aswell. Still works like a charm. Just don’t use it inmediately, if you got some water drops in/on it. The LED “pipes” are conpletely water resistant.

    I have the exact same one. You can just unscrew the usb hub. Putting it back together is a bit fiddly though

    Edit: The screws are under the sticker-thingy on the bottom if you’re wondering

    You can alternatively remove the hub then just put it back after you clean

    I spent the $100 on the Corsair only the find you can order a 1200 x 600 with a hi res print of literally anything you want, with LED, for $50.

    I’m all for supporting Corsair and their components, these $100 mats are a blatant insult to their consumer.. if the extra fees went to fixing their integrations it’d be on thing.. but my system is still crashing every ten minutes after using up what feels like half my PC.

    I have this one. I vacuum it thoroughly then use a microfiber towel and warm water, ends up looking like new.

    I do it quarterly, same as the tower.

    I put my non rgb pad in the shower, cleaned it with dish soap and a sharp shower setting.

    Then threw it away. It’s literally impossible to clean. you could draw on my mousepad with a finger because of the dirt even after washing.

    Don’t submerge it. Dish soap and water in a spray bottle. Then only water after it looks like you got most of the dirt off. Use a towel as well.
