Also, linking this game to the Arkham series was a huge mistake, because they only did it for marketing reasons, since story-wise It not only don’t make Sense, It shits on the legacy of the franchise.

The game literally pisses on the characters. Yeah, I expected the JL to die, but it felt like the devs went out of their way to be as disrespectful to the “heroes” as possible, for nothing more than eccentricity and shock value. I knew Batman was going to die from seeing the screenshot, and I didn’t mind at the time. But then I saw how it actually went down and I did a 180. It feels like the whole game was written by a Suicide Squad superfan who strongly felt that the Justice League is “hella overrated and boring”.

Flash got shot by a gun and pissed on, superman got shot with bullets, the arkham batman was shot by harley quinn without any redeeming moments like how flash turned back for a sec. Wonder woman was the only one with a good death
