They should have used different villains to take on the Justice League like Ra’s, Metallo, Gorilla Grodd, Cheetah, etc.

Have this group not face the Justice League and just do covert missions.

Early on in the game Boomerang slices off Flash’s thumb, but when he returns after being brainwashed, his thumb is back implying it’s an alternate Flash we fight. There’s also a Calendar-Man Easter egg that states “HE WILL RETURN”. I believe the Batman we killed was Earth-2s Batman and the real Arkham Batman will come back along with the other league members in future seasons. !<

Its double heartbreaking cuz the VA, Kevin Conroy, recently passed away. And the last we would ever hear his voice in a new release was this travesty.
Man made my childhood with Batman the Animated series and this is how his legacy ends. This is the cyberpunk timeline that we live in.

Instead of suicide squad they should have made a Batman Beyond: origins game if they really wanted it in the Arkham universe. They already set up the ground work so it would have made more sense.

Batman isn’t dead. With the exception of Wonder Woman the League is alive. All the JL members you kill are clones. There’s clues throughout the game and Easter Eggs teasing their return. Not only that but it’s been datamined and confirmed they’re returning AND Kevin Conroy is voicing Batman. His lines were recorded prior to his passing. Believe. The real Bruce’s arrival is imminent.

This game was in development for nearly 7 years. And in the end we get the lamest version of it.
Anthem was marketed to hell as being and I’m actually quoting here, “A revolutionary experience” and look what we got.
Fucking Bethesda shit the bed with FO76.
But, and here’s what breaks my cold, cold heart. But, we were told time and time again, that it wasn’t financially viable to finish making ***Scalebound***.

just a reminder that thematically, this fits for the suicide squads as they are a GROUP OF VILLAINS that had really bad experience with JL. also the game is subtitled KILL THE JUSTICE LEAGUE.
for all the shit the game gets, some deservedly so, the story is actually not that bad.
If you want to see heroes having a bad ending ya’ll should read up the marvel zombie series.
