The top cover is a little chipped in the corner, but everything else is perfectly fine!
I owned the original 3DS years ago, but I didn’t really have any 3DS games outside of Mario Kart 7. Now that I’m older and more of a game collector, I’m going back to consoles I had as a child to experience what I couldn’t. Hoping to have some great experiences with the 3DS game lineup!
Great system. Some games I would recommend are: Super Mario 3D Land, Bravery Default, M&L Dream Team and Bowser’s inside story, Fire Emblem Awakening etc. Its also great your into game/console collecting! There is a subreddit all about collecting here on reddit.

The 3DS XL is such a great platform.
Enjoyed every minute with it back then.
You are starting with a pretty good game, but its predecessors were even better, especially Superstar Saga and Bowser’s Inside Story 🙂

I had that exact 3DS XL and then traded it in for the New 3DS XL years ago.

Make you check out Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire if you can find those games. Best Pokémon remakes I’ve played in my opinion and a lot of fun.

Now you jailbreak it so you can use it for DS, GBA, etc ROMs.
I still have mine. The plastic around the hinge is going out, but duct tape fixes everything! Now I just gotta find where dream team disappeared off to again…

Mario and Luigi dream team is awesome if you ignore the endless tutorials
Persona Q is really fun for persona fans
Fantasy Life is like a mix of Animal Crossing and a action fantasy RPG
A Link Between Worlds is possibly the best top down Zelda game
Pokemon X and Y are the last good Pokemon games
really gotta get my 2ds xl fixed. easily nintendo’s best standalone handheld, especially with the ds compatibility
