I couldn’t imagine picking Arkham Knight in response. Now, Arkham City? Hell yes.

People going back and playing the earlier entry for a game in the same universe isn’t a bad thing.
After I beat Alan Wake 2 I went back and played AW1 and Control, and it certainly wasn’t because AW2 was bad, it’s one of the best games I have played.
People that are waiting for Suicide Squad to go on sale will likely pick up the prequels if they don’t already have them since they are cheap and well made.
Suicide Squad is a good game, it’s not great, but it’s better than the majority of live service games I have played. It’s got a similar live service model to Path of Exile where the seasonal content is free with paid cosmetics. Whether they follow through on this remains to be seen, but it’s already got a good foundation.
Can confirm, is doing a new playthrough of AK on PC. Gotta thanks KTJL for my renewed interest in finally completing AK. Still a great game after all these years.

so is anyone gonna talk about the steam teview metrics? it has so many reviews and to the point of very positive yet it seems the complaints people had were valid based on some youtube videos i watched. With that said does the very positive review still hold? No one thinks that’s fishy? Other similar games either go mixed or even just gets no reviews

I need a 60fps patch for the Arkham games on console man. I’m playing all the games on my laptop, and the difference is unbelievable. I refuse to believe that my Series S cannot push past 900p30 (Arkham Knight) or 1080p30 (Return to Arkham) to at least get a 60fps at 1440p, with how old these games are.
Also, its great to have more players on the older games, which god knows are infinitely better than the new Arkham and Arkham-adjacent games.

Lmao, I did grab the collection on PS4/5 recently for cheap and have been playing through Asylum again instead of Suicide Squad. I think the price was knocked way down because I already owned Knight digitally, so it was basically $8 for the Return to Arkham versions of Asylum and City, plus I had $5 store credit so I paid like $4.
Still haven’t played the Arkham games and I still have no idea why. I should install them.

I suppose because I was initially interested in suicide squad back when it was announced,but am seeing all these reviews and how it’s nothing like the previous games I just had an itch to scratch to be the batman again.

I got the Arkham collection for under 12 CAD during the New Year’s Sale on Steam over a month ago. To get three fantastic Batman games for that price is damn nice.
