Hola Buddy ( Line Friends ) Question

As you can see in the photo that I was able to pull the Dragon Sally buddy set. I went apply the set and realized that I am not able to select it. So in my head I am thinking, tell it wasn’t just the outfit I got. Went back to the pulls and sure enough confirmed that I did in fact pull it. So now I am thinking I just got scammed. Mainly because if buddy coins do not expire, nor the items you pull and ‘ win ‘ , what is going to happen when the event is over. I don’t actually get just the outfit by itself as the win?? Nothing in the pull crate says that it’s a separate item, they lead you to believe that Sally is with it. Now I officially feel ripped off by this game. I sent a report to customer service, but reading over reddit past controversies I doubt anything beneficial will come from it.
