I’m looking for some information specifically on undervolting a i7-13700K on an ASUS Stix Z790-E MotherBoard (v1501). I’m rather new to the whole undervolting/overclocking scene, and I’m a little confused on certain aspects of the process. I’m currently only focusing on undervolting and tuning my CPU to my board. My current goal is to reduce power consumption/temps as much as possible without hindering performance. Cooler is a AIO 360 DeepCool LS720.

I’m currently undervolting via the “Global Core SVID Voltage” setting in the BIOS and performing a negative Offset, but I’m looking at doing this process the correct way and to assist in the future of overclocking. Everything is set to stock besides turning of ASUS MultiCore Enhancement (Currently set to Disabled – Enforce All Limits). I have not messed with any Power Limits (though this may not be needed, just information I saw elsewhere).

From what I’ve been gathering, I need to use the following settings in BIOS: LLC (either LLC3 or LLC4), AC\_LL, and DC\_LL. I understand that the DC\_LL needs to be set according to LLC, but I’m trying to understand even where to start with what values I should be using for the DC\_LL and AC\_LL. I’m guessing the DC\_LL value will be determined by what I pick for the LLC. Also see some notes talking about unlocking the CPU\_OV on my board but haven’t looked at that yet in the manual.
