Probably needs to finish downloading
Hmm, that’s odd. There should be a place on Bo4 to check if you have any maps installed including dlc if I remember correctly. Try finding that spot in the game and see if you have them downloaded. Usually the day 1 maps should already be installed, so that’s a bit odd.
