Upgrade to the PG32UCDM, and a 4090 if you don’t already have one
Could add some shelves to the wall and put some plants and other things there but if you’re a minimalist, just hang something on the wall. I know people like those 3D wall panels, you could look into that. It’s not my thing personally but might work to keep your minimalist preference while adding something.
Add some posters on the wall (those metal ones are cool).
Bigger desk, second monitor, more/better lighting, headphone holder, Streamdeck, etc.

I don’t understand posts like this. You want a critique of your setup, and then you post a picture where 80% of the room can’t be seen clearly.
Obviously nitpicking but the only thing that bothers me is the white cable on the bottom right of your monitor hanging down.
100 inch OLED TV.
