You need to rebuild this, start with a new desk- I see you have a MacBook so you could probably afford a new desk. Put the MacBook on a stand or keep it hidden under the table. Get a triple monitor mount and mount and cable manage all 3 monitors. Put the iPad under the central monitor in this triple monitor setup. The other tablet, well that’s up to you, I would keep it in a draw and inter switch whenever you need the iPad or android tablet. Get wireless peripherals to make things a tad bit easier in terms of tables and just clean up ur stuff, it would probably make workflow much better as you would actually have space! If you feel like it you could also put artwork or lighting (I recommend Govee flow bars) on the wall as well as some greenery (use fake plants if you cba to look after real ones) to give the setup some colour and boom! You have a good minimalist setup
That workstation doesn’t look very mobile to me ( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡°)
I love the messy desks as well as clean. This is a desk that is busy!

Now this is a proper workstation! Not the clean ad looking ones that feel so soulless. I’d recommend some leg room tho, your knees and back are gonna haunt you. Same with wrists. Take care, it only hurts when the damage is done and its late!

fellow mobile dev feeling your pain, also working for a company that builds/sells its own hardware. my desk is a heap of phones and plastic shit (for now)
Sorry for the dumb question but how is working a lot of hours with a standing desk? Doesn’t it get tiring after a while?
