Never shoulder fire a panzer, unless you’re in first person. It’s has a very unforgiving aim cone if you shoulder fire, especially if you aren’t sitting completely still.
It’s kind of broken, but I guess people don’t pick up panzers a lot or don’t notice because it does splash damage so you just need to hit close. Go to training and try it out. Stand in the same spot, shoulder fire in third then try it in first, it will consistently land close to the reticle in first.
