I kinda assume most of the cyberware is made of magic super-light composite materials, otherwise nobody would be able to sit in those ubiquitous cheap plastic chairs.

Probably titanium. I am no expert, but I think titanium is not only ideal for implants due to its resistance to corrosion and biocompatibility, it is also extremely light. I have a number of jewelry made out of titanium and they are very light. Significantly lighter than ones created from Silver, stainless steel, and gold.
That’s an interesting question because during one of the endings she gets into a car no problem and later in that same ending V calls her fat/heavy
All that chrome, carbon fiber, and her remaining ‘ganic parts, I’d say she weighs about >!tree fiddy!<

Do you not live in America? There are plenty of hamplanets weighing 300 pounds and their cars don’t immediately fall apart lol.
Enough for V to comment she’s heavier than she looks when picking her up, but not so much that V can’t pick her up.

Cyberware can be pretty light, or heavy depending on where you get it and who made it. Hers looks like it would be made of pretty lightweight materials tbh.
Besides. Vehicles are probably built now with the expectation that the person using it is gonna have some level of chrome, there were cars that could only be driven through a neural link and interface cables for a few decades by this point, and it’s also worth noting that there are multiple vehicle reinforcement packages in the tabletop, so it’s probable that you can get a custom job if you’re too dense for your car still lol
