Probably asked before but I was wondering If It’s officially claimed or how likely we can get this for Cyberpunk2077? I still play Skyrim time to time and modders done wonders with quest mods, some were even better than whole fleshed out games I played. Also wondering how close we can get to Creaion Kit in terms of “mod editor”.

Could it happen? Maybe, years from now if anything.
Should you expect it? No, you certainly should not.
Even if it does happen, I don’t see this game receiving the same amount of custom content that Bethesda games do. Cyberpunk is just not built to be friendly towards customs quests.
Not sure how far off this would be, my guess quite a while…but if/when it releases it will probably increase the longevity of the game massively

If the PS4 version of the Witcher 3 is getting this I’m gonna cream, I don’t expect that to happen tho , at all.

If they have a staff sizable enough to make an editor without taking away from their current 5 other projects (and not cutting into costs sunk vs profit margin), sure. They can.
Would a mod editor add to the longevity of 2077? Yes. Yes, it would.
So, if the company goal is to keep 2077 “relevant” during sequel production, they yes. But if it doesn’t move copies for revenue, then the costs may not be worth it. Specifically because modders have already been working on mods since launch.
Same engine, so I would hope so. Also, we’ve already got redmod for Cyberpunk, so fingers crossed.
I expect them to do it after they release the Witcher 3 version this year. CDPR’s next games are still a few years away and they are smart enough to know that a good modding scene is a great way to keep your game relevant (and therefore get a steady stream of sales).
They are moving away from RedEngine so there isn’t really any reason not to open things up more to modding.
