Almost certainly using a macro to fire. Firing even one of them at 750rpm is a pain, whilst aiming. Firing two, whilst tracking that well, at that speed? is literally not possible for a majority of the player base.
Too short of a clip to tell if they are using walls/aim, we can’t see what info they had before this, and they’d have heard the ladder towards the end… but they are already a cheater using macros, so if it was sus, you can safely assume they are cheating in as many ways as they can.

At a minimum he seems to be walling. Clearly lined up directly on you through two layers of buildings.
Probably running macro to fire that fast with no noticeable change in tracking, clip is too short to really say AA vs soft aim but since this already seems like someone cheating I wouldn’t be surprised if they have the full package going.

Not enough context but I’d lean no. He could have heard you and aim looks just like aim assist. He is also level 250, typically cheaters are low levels because they have to constantly make new accounts.
