Hello without OC with xmp1 profile
my latency in AIDA64 is 77 ns
now with that oc it’s 67 ns
but that’s still so high also
read speed is pretty low 67107MB/s
So can you help me ?

Disable power down mode
Single ccd chips lio 7700 7600 7800x3d max out at 70k bandwidth with 2200fclk. You can set all your timings to 1 and you’re not going over 70k it’s just how AMD cpus work. I wanna say your latency is horrendous but I don’t own a 7800x3d so can’t confirm. I’m at 50ns but that’s impossible on X3d. Escude lower clock speeds. ( Aida scales latency with clocks ) IIRC the same timings that hit me 49ns on 5800x got me 55 on 5800x3d. You
Increase tREFi to 65535 and latency will improve significantly.
