I don’t understand, it’s a sector that’s enormously affected at the moment. Coming together, showing solidarity because we’ll always be stronger together is frowned upon and even targeted by some… It’s all too sad, and courage to those who will be laid off.

Targeting unions is so 20th century, but i guess there are places, where they dare to do it.
Sega execs need to see jail time for this blatant unionization retaliation.

I really don’t know what unions do in the end. I feel like we always see news like this. Workers unionize so a company just fires them.
You don’t understand? This is what happens when greed and avarice dominate everything else. They don’t care about workers, or games, or any product they make only infinite profit growth. It’s not sustainable and it’s why all of our products are just getting shittier and shittier year after year. It’s not even just the games industry it’s everything.
You all will still buy their games anyway if they are good. Fake outrage on the internet again.

Well, at least the union negotiated for a more favorable severance package. 8-14 weeks of severance pay is better than 2 weeks.
I guess my unintentional boycott of Sega is intentional, now.
