I asked the seller to do a temp/noise test, saddly he didnt understand to also show the hotspot temp, so thats what he sent me. I am not sure what the floating ~990-1025mhz speed mean. Temps looks nice. He ran it for 40 minutes. The card is a RTX 3090 Eagle, and he used for 2 years, never did an oc.

Nice temperature, impressive really. Hotspot should be within like 8-20c of the core, 20c being on the high side. If that were the case, that’s only 83c Hotspot. My 3080 gets to 104c Hotspot if I don’t I don’t undervolt it, which is also fine (but more than I’m comfortable with, so I undervolt it)

Looks like 1835mhz to me. I think the card will be fine. Test it with him if you’re worried I guess. I’d be more worried about running furmark for 40 minutes 😂
