Had the issue where my cpu clock speed would get reduced to 800mhz and get locked…I looked up for solution and unchecked the BD PROCHOT as mentioned there…now the cpu clock speed is fine but the fps is still getting reduced to 10 after a few mins. These are the stats..Any kind of suggestion or help is appreciated

Looks like severe vrm throttling, you need to get new thermal pads and thermal paste to repaste your laptop.
Thermal throttling. It says it right there, PROCHOT. Repasting and changing the thermal pads would very well be a solution, running your laptop in the “Turbo” mode would also be of huge help.
When repasting, please consider PTM 7950 for the CPU and GPU die, and thermal putty for the VRAM and VRM modules.
There is lots of vague details you left
– Do you have intel DPTF enabled?,
– which driver you are using, the one came with your laptop of the generic one,
– what is your power limit,
– it seems like you have intel DPTF set to low tdp which sets your power limit to 15w PL1 and 25w PL2, or you manually set it,
– what is your MIMO power limits saying it is set at right now,
– what is your laptop model,
– did you configure the bios,
– did you set it to eco mode in you device’s settings
– are you running on battery or ac right now
Answering all of those will determine your issue
