If you’re gonna use water and air cooling… wouldn’t it be more efficient to just run the water over the air cooler fins? Instead of around the room outside the case.

Fun fact, water itself isnt conductive, and since sudden conductance is the problem for water in electronics, you can use “water” to give your PC tons of thermal mass
