I posted a link to this earlier, but I know that a lot of people don’t like to click links on Reddit and I don’t blame them, so I wanted to post the direct video in case anyone wants to know how to do this. The online search “feature” is the most annoying thing in Windows 11 in my opinion, and Microsoft decided to take away the simple on/off switch for it, so here’s how you can do it, easily, so your search bar searches ONLY your local PC, the way it should be.

all this work yet TPM 2.0 is a must on windows 11 and a back door for nsa/privacy. Lol. Youre trying to find privacy when there isn’t any to begin with.

Thanks for this, I hated the feature but was too lazy to look into it. Going to do this today.

This is one way, or if only I can switch it to Firefox. I think there’s a fix for that, not sure if it still works.
