I was looking at this guide:

Not sure if this is a common thing on this sub or their is no need as its better to undervolt 40 series cards and not increase power limit/temps/power draw for minimal gains but I was wondering for the super cards like the 4070 ti super, jayz2cents was talking about how that card had the same AD103 as the 4080 but the ti super was power limited intentionally to keep perf down, so that got me thinking, wouldn’t it be better to flash vBIOS of this card to override this power limit and overclock since it has the 4080 cooler instead of undervolting in order to match a stock 4080?! Or is their smth im missing and will still be more power draw and higher temps for minimal gains?

Again I think the go to for 40 series is undervolt then OCing but I think the 4070 ti super is a special case?
