8 is definitely wrong. You must have wrote 8:10 when it should be the 8 and the 10 so 8:50.
Fire (Triangle facing up; no line): 8:50 (8, 10)
Water (Triangle facing down; no line) 2:40 (2, 8)
Air (Triangle facing up w/line) 11:45 (11, 9)
Earth (Triangle facing down w/line) 10:05 (10, 1)
Looks like you got the minutes wrong for Fire. The dial in the captains deck should be minus 2 from STOP. You have plus 2. So the other DEAD SLOW.
