Does this game have more rpg elements in older versions? Does kinda look interesting, clothing with mod slots and also with a more reasonable price tag.

It doesn’t make sense. The old-gen gear system was fundamentally stupid.
At least with guns in the current-gen version of Cyberpunk, it makes sense. Apparently, the polish for the “tiers” of guns actually translates more to “generation,” as in first-gen, second-gen etc. versions of weapons.

In all honesty, ain’t it RNG? Like the further you progress into the story, the higher the armour a piece of clothing has. Regardless of tier/rarity.
I’d imagine you picked up the legendary piece early in the game, it’s legendary cuz y’know RNG. And then you picked up the uncommon later in the story, which has greater armour stats cuz higher level.
Correct me if I’m wrong but that’s how I imagine it goes.

same reason some people want legendary prices of 25k+ for their old BMWs with 210000 miles – because “they owned it” which automatically makes the car / shirt legendary
