It looks like a 6V charging adapter for kids mini-vehicles. I found an image that looks like yours, which appears to be an Australian power adapter. Also, they spell it “adaptor” on this plug, indicating a regional variation in language as you might find in UK or Australia.
Legend says this can connect any adaptors together.
PS/2 -> USB-B -> 3,5mm jack -> 5mm jack -> RCA -> S-video -> Scart -> HDMI -> USB-C -> RS232 -> LPT -> COM -> FireWire -> USB-B
Then plug in a memory stick plug and play.
