I was just tuning my rx 7700 xt asrock challenger OC and set the power draw to +15% to see how much performance i could gain. I used HWMonitor to see the power draw and msi kombustor to stress test.
As i loaded the stresst test i heard my fans screaming at 3000 rpm and my peak core temp rising to 112° and drawing 376 Watts. Absolutely no benefits were gained in the process. Turned my gpu to a loud space heater.

Powerdraw before was 230W peak
sounds like you need to set the voltage down a good amount and maybe you’ll get something.
