Today I was doing some testing and changed my vram voltage from 1.65v to 1.7v. After that, the pc turns on but won’t boot into anything nor is there any power to the keyboard ( which there usually is which I can tell just from it lighting up when the pc is on).
I tried everything from removing the cmos battery and plugging it in, using the cmos jumpers to clear the cmos. Removing GPU and trying integrated graphics.
Moving RAM around and trying different RAM. Nothing is working. I attached a video
The pc just goes into a loop where the DRAM and CPU
LEDs light up go away light up go away.
