Hmmmmmph! I was ready to tear this a new one. But, this is nice! I would maybe say that mobo might be a little much (expensive imo, and extra cash could go to cpu up one level but I digress) since you have 4070.

I forgot, usb stick with windows 11 to boot from. You can use online stores get win 11 pro for like 27$.
