    I didn’t get that effect until 50 hours into my 2nd play through.

    Whenever sand storm is on

    I always go to the Arasaka estate to fight those saka assassins with Katana and Mantis blade, using Katana + Dash build to duel them like it was Elden Ring or Star Wars

    this is a sandstorm, about as rare as rain or fog. not as rare as acid rain tho.

    For me at least, I’ve found the trick is to try and take a picture. Whenever I get somewhere or skip time to do so they always seem to bloody roll in XD

    Yeah but has anyone seen toxic rain, it’s in the game but I never got it outside of deliberately causing it via console commands
