If you’re playing Forza and comparing that to MS Flight sim, you’re not doing it right.
Try using a keyboard+mouse in AC or iRacing.

I agree with this. I can’t function well with K+M if it’s a flight game. The controls are too hard. Controllers would be easier and more convenient or a sim setup itself.

Call me crazy, but i really enjoy WASD and Numpad for flying games. Ace Combat and Project Wingman are still incredible without a controller or stick.

Feels fine in For Honor. Can’t imagine wastig miliseconds on moving my thumb from guard direction on the right stick to put it over the dodge/counter gb on X or B

I know of a game that controls great with mouse and it’s a flying game. But it’s arcade (not sim) so maybe it doesn’t count… The name is “Xeno Runners”.
Driving games with mouse is a tough one to swallow, definitely.

I ran KBM playing Battlefield 2042. Got pretty good at piloting, with help from the millions of buttons on my mouse. Scroll wheel left/right was roll, side buttons were yaw, and pitch was W/S on keyboard (with my throttle down/up being A/D.) This freed up mouse movement to aim.

The Shark game, Maneater too.
It’s just strain on the fingertips because of the high APM for both games.
