The poster is something a 12 year old would use that doesn’t have any gear. Need nice decor if you have nice gear.
Learn discipline in patience. If you don’t have the patience to clean up your area before a picture (knife still out) you won’t have the discipline to grow correctly and will continue to throw cheap decorations.
