5600x3d with PBO -30 on all cores, and supposedly max temp is set to 89C. First time running CoreCycler and came back to this. What happened? Should I be worried about my CPUs health?

there’s no way. look at the maximum power draw. there’s no way 120c+ was achieved at 60W lol. a laptop might do that if the fan was literally removed but that’s about it. 95 is the throttle-it would have powered down if 105+ was actually hit.
this is just an error. i’ve seen it before it happens
