Not nice at all if you translate it…
I always interpreted that to say “fucking Jackie Welles laid with the wrong woman” I’m from northern Mexico so the phrase “la plebe” you would use to refer to a woman. So I always thought maybe mama Welles paid someone to graffiti that because she didn’t like misty lol. Or maybe that was one of the reasons Jackie left the valentinos since he fucked someone’s girl. At first I also thought maybe they meant female V but then again I remember going back to check on my first play through with male V and the graffiti was the same. Could have fooled me at the beginning of the game because on the Jackie flashback from act 1, I guess my female v glitched and she was naked every time she showed on third person. So I’m like oh dang I guess if you’re female v you were in a relationship with Jackie. But then I did the first mission and in like nvm friendzone.

Though I’m surprised, they used some regionalisms native to Mexico and they did it really good.
