Wakako is probably number one on my crap list, albeit less because of the missions she directs my way (though those are frequently morally troubling in their own right), and more because Disasterpiece told me too much about what other pies she’s stuck her grubby little fingers into. The woman clearly has zero moral compunctions about the buck-making business, and will work with anyone if the price is right. Given that Reggie and Dino and El Capitan genuinely seem to be trying to make things better, and while amoral, Rogue offers extremely lucrative contracts while Wakako does not, Wakako does not come off well. Kind of a dime-store Rogue.

I don’t really enjoy the cyber psycho quest. Wakako is morally the darkest shade of gray, but when v expresses hesitations about killing someone she fires back with “oh, this isn’t the Dalai Lama ? I must have the Wrong number”. And I laughed so hard I couldn’t stop

In-game I don’t know, many gigs are forgettable but some stand out and it makes some fixers a bit better.
Noticed in the illustration you used, Mr.Hands looks like before 2.0 and PL, if you zoom in you notice they changed the way he looks, on this picture je don’t have any beard for example.

Almost all of El Capitan’s gigs were lame in my opinion. I like his character a lot, but im becoming more and more hesitant to help every time he calls me for a new mission.
Wakako no doubt. And like I love to remind everyone often, she’s the one who made Fingers give Evelyn away to the scavs.
I used to not like El Capitan until the 2.0 update, I like how fleshed out his character is now.
