To keep it simple, I highlited the settings I think are the ones I should look into. They are all in the Ai Tweaker tab.
The only change I did to the Bios was set from Manual to D.O.C.P, which changed the Memory Frequency and DRAM Voltages (possibly also the Ram timings under Dram Timing Control). As for the Cpu, no configuration was modified.
How should I approach my Cpu and Ram tuning? Should I do completely manual, or do changes on top of D.O.C.P.? Should I enable PBO, and let it alone by itself, or also do changes on top of it?

If you are a simple gamer, just keep docp on, dont bother touching pbo.
If you are already highly interested in Oc, read yourself into the matter of cpu and gpu ocs, Ram is like the last thing you do outside of docp/xmp if you want to see performance diff in games. Generally speaking, if you know what you are doing, manual tuning is always far superior
