i get 15300 on r23 with this config tested on occt for 1 hour(extreme) and 2 hours on ycrunch with zero errors
i liked the 100w limit with undervolt topping at 78 80 c with this performence on all fans on silent mode (800rpm)
question is are tdc and edc values ok?

looks good for 100W limit, up to 130w you should get up to 16k points r23 easily but your temps dont seem to allow it so you are good.
For PPT and EDC, get yourself HWInfo and run it alongside Cinebench. Then check the Maximum values for TDC and EDC it shows. If its -3A or 1:1 the same as the limit you set, theres room for a higher limit. If you dont reach the limit for either tdc or edc, theres no reason to change anything. If the maximum it reaches is way below what you set (dont expect it tho), then you can even limit the tdc and/or edc a bit more, no need to limit higher than needed. Give the tdc and edc a bit room, +5 on what it reaches and for easy replication round to x5 and you are fine.
